Different types of beans are rich in vitamin B-12, while most green vegetables contain vitamin B-9.

Yogurt is B-2, while chicken eggs are B-7.

Salmon is a rich source of vitamins, including B-2, B-3, B-6 and B-12, all of which are important for growth and brain health
